Yes, everyone participating must complete a release of liability waiver before playing. If you are completing one for a minor, you must also fill out one for yourself as you have to be present during their participation. This only has to be done once as our waiver never expires.

There is a common misconception that everyone must be in the headset to be having fun. Our space was designed specifically for groups in mind, so that you can have just as much fun watching as you can playing! VR is a social experience. If you believe everyone would have the most fun each in their headsets, then go for it! (Each Station has 1 headset for 1 player at a time)
-Three stations up to 3 people are their own separate rooms
-Two stations up to 4 people are shared in a larger space split by a curtain.
We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your booking. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but due to on time customer service we cannot guarantee you will receive your full time if you show up late.
Anything you feel comfortable in! You must be wearing closed toe shoes for this experience. Some games can be active so please keep that in mind.
Our headsets are made to fit over glasses! However, contacts is a better choice. Either way, up to you.
The head gear is a little heavy, so parental discretion will be required for small heads.
We ask that young children under 13 are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Everyone ages 10 and up are welcome and we have no height or weight restrictions for a VR Station.
We have a weight restriction of 250 pounds or less for the racing motion simulator.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your time, contact us so we can discuss the best solution on an individual case basis. We may offer credit for a different time that better fits your needs. Unfortunately there is NO REFUND for no-shows.
If your time is fully disrupted by our equipment, you will be fully compensated for the time remaining.
If it's a minor disruption, we will add any time lost back on your timer.
If you have to stop with less than 80% of your game time remaining, we can not refund.
Let us know to cater the experience to your child's age and we will will make sure they don't see all the titles that may not be suitable for their age.
Every guest will be provided (upon request) a cup for complimentary water. Otherwise, personal food is completely fine, as long as it stays in the seating area.
(Absolutely no alcoholic drinks are allowed at any time.)
If a guest is disrespectful to our space or equipment, we will ask them to leave.
First thing we will check for waivers and fill out any that are not yet done.
You will then be taken to your VR station.
We will explain how to put on the headset and how the controllers work.
The timer will begin once you start playing a game.
You will have a amazing time in virtual reality!

When your time is up, you can decide to leave or ask for more time!
